The Cadac Safari Chef 30 LP 50mbar gas barbecue is a lightweight, compact gas barbecue and comes with four different grill surfaces: a burner with pot stand, a grill grid, a grill plate and a pot that can also be used as a lid. The grill grate and grill plate are coated with CADAC GreenGrill, a ceramic coating for healthier cooking. Thanks to the integrated heat reflector under the grill grid and the grill plate, the heat is evenly distributed over the cooking surface. The removable fat pan of the Safari Chef 30 LP 50mbar gas barbecue catches dripping fat, but also protects the burner of the Safari Chef from wind and ensures that the burner does not blow out. The fat pan can be cleaned with soapy water.
HP or LP? This grill is available as a high pressure (HP) and low pressure (LP) version. This Safari Chef LP can be connected to a standard gas cylinder, threaded cartridge or CADAC Power Pak (not included) using a suitable hose. The Safari Chef HP (high pressure) works with an EN417 threaded cartridge, which is screwed directly into the appliance. A hose and pressure reducer are not required.
