The Exped Lyra II is a lightweight, freestanding tent for 2 people, which is ideal for trekking and backpacking tours. It is quick and easy to pitch. The inner tent is attached to the DAC aluminium poles with clips. As the inner tent is largely made of the finest mosquito netting, it can also be used without the outer tent on dry, hot summer nights without being bothered by mosquitoes. To provide some protection and privacy, there is a wind and privacy edge on the inner tent. When the flysheet is attached, a vestibule is created for each of the 2 entrances. The highlight of the Lyra II is the outer tent that can be rolled up on one side. It can be rolled up from one side and provides the best ventilation at night. The two entrances and vestibules make the Lyra II very flexible for campers. You can store your luggage protected from the weather outside the sleeping area or cook on the sheltered side in bad weather, for example.
