The Petzl Contact Wall 9.8 MM 40m climbing rope is a versatile single rope and is ideal for indoor sport climbing. The rope's thick sheath gives it excellent abrasion resistance. The rope also has a middle mark. This is a marking in the middle of the rope that simplifies upcoming rope manoeuvres. The Contact Wall 9.8 MM 40m has been thermally refined so that the threads are additionally stabilised and the rope is more uniform so that you can enjoy good handling over the long term. An ultrasonic coating bonds the core to the sheath of the single rope to prevent the rope end from splitting and to increase durability.
