With the Petromax stacking grid made of cast iron, baking and cooking in the Dutch Ovens (optimum fit in ft4.5, ft6 and ft9) is possible without burning, as the feet create a generous distance. As the grid has small indentations on the top, several stacking grids can be placed perfectly on top of each other: Baking, steaming and steam cooking is possible on several levels. Thanks to the three feet, each 4.3 cm long, the stacking grid also stands securely in the fire or on the table as a trivet. When grilling in the embers, it sizzles the perfect grill pattern into the meat or serves as a stable base for the kettle or percolator.
