Folder RFID B wallet

The Tatonka Folder RFID B is a wallet with integrated RFID read protection. The wallet, which opens with a Velcro fastener, has space for three bank or credit cards. There is a separate compartment with a viewing window for ID cards. The small change compartment with zip is integrated inside the wallet. The banknote compartment has an additional zip so that not everyone can immediately see the notes in the wallet. The in-built CRYPTALLOY® film blocks all frequencies used to read data. This means that the data on your cards and ID is safe from data theft using RFID readers.

Additional information: Protection against contactless data theft by radio (RFID/NFC): The installation of radio chips (RFID/NFC) in credit and EC cards, ID cards, tickets and access cards is now standard. The data is read contactlessly by readers using short-range radio technology, which of course opens the door to misuse, as RFID readers are easy to obtain. Therefore, to protect against data theft, it is now more than sensible to store IDs and cards in reader-protected sleeves, bags or similar. Tatonka uses a CRYPTALLOY® film in all its RFID block products. This offers maximum shielding in all relevant RFID frequency ranges (from 100 kHz to 4 GHz, i.e. low frequency range, high frequency range and ultra-high frequency range). The protective film also interferes with "radio traffic" by shifting the frequency. The functionality of the CRYPTALLOY® film has been tested and certified by TÜV Saarland. The manufacturer of the film, Kryptonics Technologies Munich, has confirmed and certified Tatonka's prescribed processing of the film in all RFID block products.
