How does live video advice actually work?

With our live video consultation, we deliver the retail experience directly to your home. If you click on one of our buttons, you will be forwarded directly to the appointment centre. Here you can choose a free appointment between Monday and Friday, 10 am and 5 pm. If a time is not available, this is because an appointment has already been booked for that time. We naturally want to provide you with stress-free and comprehensive advice, which is why we only allocate one appointment per hour.

You will be contacted and advised personally by one of our experts via a video call. You can see all the tents, mats and camping furniture on display and get all your questions answered. Of course, you don't have to switch on your camera.

Once you have decided on a product, you can of course also purchase it during the video consultation at the current online price. There are no additional costs for the video consultation, it is purely a service.

After the video consultation, you will receive an email in which we ask you to answer five short feedback questions. This is very important to us so that we can continue to develop and improve the experience for you.

How does the live repair service actually work?

With the live repair service, we help you to repair defects or other problems with your tent wherever you are. So that your holiday doesn't fall through.

If you have any problems with your tent, such as air loss in air tents, excessive humidity in the interior, leaking seams or similar, you can simply call our customer service and request the live repair service. You will be asked to provide your mobile phone number .

After contacting us, you will be called by an expert via video call within 60 minutes. Video calls currently take place via WhatsApp, Signal or Telegram, depending on your preference.

During the video call, your task will be to film the relevant parts of the tent with your mobile phone to enable our expert to accurately assess the situation. You do not have to show yourself on camera.

If the situation and the next steps are clear and the problem can be solved by you, our expert will give you detailed instructions on how to fix the problem. He can demonstrate the process on one of our tents. You will receive live support throughout the entire repair/maintenance process so that the problem is solved quickly and as easily as possible.

The live repair service does not incur any additional costs for you; it is purely a service for our customers.
