The Katadyn Micropur Classic MC 10T purifies contaminated drinking water in an environmentally and health-friendly way with the help of silver ions and is primarily used for slightly to moderately contaminated water. According to the WHO, around 80% of travel-related illnesses are caused by contaminated drinking water.
If bottled water is not available when the tap water is unclear, it is advisable to use Micropur products prophylactically. Micropur Classic MC 10T is easy to dose: one tablet cleans and preserves 1 litre of drinking water for up to 6 months.
