Product description

The Outwell Blackwood 5 family tent is a fibreglass frame tent that sleeps up to 5 people and is a great choice for camping holidays with family or friends. It is characterised by its easy handling and generous space and ceiling height.

Rain-protected side entrance

TheOutwellBlackwood 5 family tent has two entrances. Both entrances are equipped with mosquito nets. This means you are well protected from insects and can ensure good ventilation of the interior at the same time. The front door of the tent can be opened completely with a double zip, giving you a fantastic view of the outdoors from inside the tent. The side door with canopy offers you a rainproof entrance and you can leave it open even in bad weather without it raining into your tent.

Darkened sleeping area

The dark tent fabric on the sides and ceiling of the sleeping area of the Outwell Blackwood 5 family tent allows you to sleep soundly in the morning without being woken up by the first rays of the sun. The integrated mesh ventilation opening at the rear of the tent allows you to ensure sufficient fresh air in the sleeping cabin.

Innovative magnetic doors

Thanks to the Quick & Quiet door system, you can quickly and quietly exit the sleeping cabin and avoid loud noises caused by the usual zip. You are guaranteed not to wake anyone up if you need to get out at night. The magnetic strips incorporated into the seams of the doors are a patented innovation from Outwell and a great feature. The cable feed-throughs in the sleeping area supply your devices with power and thanks to the mesh pockets, you can easily store small items such as your wallet or mobile phone and keep them close to hand.

Firmly sewn groundsheet

The tent fabric used for the Outwell Blackwood 5 family tent is Outwell's Outtex® 4000 Select, a PU-coated polyester material that is particularly tear-resistant, UV-resistant and durable. Together with the polyethylene floor sewn to the rest of the tent, the Outwell Blackwood 5 family tent is aweatherproof outdoor shelter.
