Additional fees - bulky goods

For bulky goods that are sent by a forwarding agent, we charge an additional forwarding surcharge of €90. The shipping price is displayed in the order completion. As soon as the goods have been dispatched, the shipping company will contact you by telephone within 3 working days to arrange an unloading date. Delivery is made to the kerbside.

Shipping to non EU countries

After entering a delivery address in a non-EU country, the prices displayed in the shopping basket are without VAT. The shipping costs include free delivery, packaging costs and provision of customs documents. The recipient (customer) is responsible for the taxes, fees and customs costs applicable in the respective destination country.

Express delivery (DE)

We charge €14.95 for express delivery. You can pay for this delivery service conveniently by PayPal, credit card, direct debit or on account (online only). For your online order with express delivery, possible from Mon-Fri until 1 pm, you will receive the desired, deliverable items (no bulky goods) on the next working day. Express delivery on public holidays and abroad is not possible.
