The foam core in the centre of the carpet provides an even greater layer of insulation from the cold ground. It also makes the carpet extra soft, which is perfect for children playing on the floor or for barefoot runners. The underside of the Insulated Fitted Carpet is made of polyethylene (PE). This makes it waterproof and keeps out rising damp.
